Miss Daisy is seeking an experienced, exceptionally talented Senior Lead Floral Designer & Design Team Manager to join our Las Vegas studio. This is a senior leadership role for a highly skilled floral professional who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and has the experience, creativity, and operational leadership to execute at a high level. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead both the creative and production side of the business—someone who understands luxury floral design, large-scale installations, flower buying, team management, and flawless execution. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Lead Floral Designer & Design Team Manager will oversee day-to-day floral production, design leadership, inventory coordination, and team workflow while collaborating closely with ownership and shop management. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both advanced floral artistry and strong operational discipline. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, fast, efficient, solutions-oriented, and deeply passionate about flowers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DESIGN LEADERSHIP

Lead the execution of premium floral designs for weddings, corporate events, luxury clients, memorial work, and daily deliveries Design and oversee large-scale installations including floral arches, flower walls, hanging installations, and silk work Maintain Miss Daisy's design standards, consistency, and overall visual excellence Interpret client proposals and execute designs accurately from concept through production

PURCHASING & INVENTORY

Manage flower ordering, inventory control, floral processing, and supply organization Build floral recipes and ensure efficient production planning Maintain quality standards for floral care, freshness, and product management Collaborate on sourcing and purchasing decisions

TEAM MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

Lead, motivate, and support the floral design and warehouse teams Manage workflow, production timelines, and labor efficiency Help create a positive, accountable, high-performing team culture Work closely with management to improve systems, processes, and day-to-day operations Step into production alongside the team as needed

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Support excellent client service through accurate execution and professionalism Assist with custom floral requests, event preparation, and design problem-solving Help ensure every client experience reflects the Miss Daisy standard

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Required:

5+ years professional floral design experience 2+ years experience with flower buying, recipe building, and production planning Proven experience with: Luxury weddings Corporate events Sympathy / memorial work Large floral installations Floral arches Flower walls High-volume production work Strong knowledge of floral varieties, conditioning, and care Customer service / client-facing experience Strong English communication skills

PHYSICAL & SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout active production shifts Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Reliable personal transportation required Comfortable with offsite installations, flower pickups, and event work Availability for weekends, holidays, early mornings, and extended event production hours as needed This is a leadership role in a fast-paced creative business, and flexibility is important.
