As we prepare for the global energy of the FIFA World Cup, we are launching a high-visibility pop-up floral boutique inside the airport. We are seeking creative, customer-focused Provisional Leaders/Florists who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver beautiful, high-quality arrangements with efficiency and style. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international event experience while showcasing your floral artistry to a global audience. Position Overview The Lead Florist will be responsible for managing the staff and inventory and designing and preparing floral arrangements, maintaining product displays, and delivering exceptional customer service to travelers. This role requires organization, flexibility, artistry and speed , with a strong focus on presentation, inventory care, and guest engagement. JOB CODITIONS

In a retail setting, florists must also ensure that the layout of their floral displays is attractive and inviting to customers. This could involve creating different seasonal or event-specific displays, using lighting and signage to direct customers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere through the use of scents and arrangements.

JOB REQUIRMENTS

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or its equivalency 1 year florist experience is preferred 1 year customer service experience

Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying 25 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate two-way radio and data management. Working conditions are primarily inside with limited exposure to temperature extremes, dust, damp/wet surfaces, and high noise levels.
