Lead Floral Designer

We are seeking a bilingual talented and creative certified Floral Designer with minimum 5 year of work experience in floral shop to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, knowledge of flowers and plants, and the ability to create unique, high-quality floral arrangements. This role also requires strong customer service skills to help clients select arrangements and ensure their vision comes to life. Responsibilities Design and create fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and special occasions Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend floral designs Maintain knowledge of flower varieties, care, and handling techniques Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of flowers and plants Assist with merchandising, shop displays, and product rotation Process incoming flower shipments and maintain proper storage/conditioning Keep the design studio and work areas organized and clean Assist with event setup and on-site floral installations as needed Provide excellent customer service in-store, over the phone, and online
