Join Our Team as a Florist at Flowers with Grace! Flowers with Grace is looking to hire a Florist who is creative, self-driven, hardworking, with solid florist experience and an eye for design. Candidate must be reliable, available on weekends mostly, possibly the occasional weekday, and work closely with the Flower Shop girls with a positive and upbeat attitude.

Skill Set would include:

Arranging and designing floral arrangements Handling inventory & ensuring correct amount of product is being ordered & received Handling payments for walk in or call-in flower arrangement orders Ability to multi-task as orders come in BONUS if knowledgeable with FTD, Teleflora DOVE, Square & Wire Orders Maintaining a clean and organized Work Area Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of floral design and horticulture Ability to handle cash and manage inventory Organizational skills and merchandising experience Multilingual abilities are a plus Training will be given upon hiring in regards to shop expectations & protocols.
