Job Description
Twigs & Vines Floral is looking for an experienced, motivated Floral Designer who is passionate about floral design as a career to join our team! We specialize in weddings, sympathy, and everyday floral designs. Along with designing, you'll work directly with customers in-store and over the phone, help take and process orders, and assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of running a busy flower shop. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of professional floral industry experience Ability to confidently and efficiently create everyday, sympathy, and event designs Strong understanding of floral care, processing, and design techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable taking orders and assisting customers both in-store and over the phone Comfortable using computers and learning our point-of-sale system Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently while also being a supportive member of the team Willingness to help with all aspects of the flower shop, including processing flowers, cleaning, stocking, and general shop upkeep Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry flower buckets, arrangements, and supplies Flexibility to work weekends and floral holidays as needed If you're looking for a position where you can use your creativity, continue growing as a floral designer, and be part of a busy, established flower shop, we'd love to hear from you!
