Hi! My name is Marina, and I'm the owner of Lux. We're a locally owned floral company that's been serving our community for the past two years. As we continue to grow, we're expanding into corporate florals and weddings, and we're looking for someone excited to grow alongside us. This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, dependable, and eager to learn. No floral experience is required—we provide paid training! We're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and someone who genuinely enjoys creating beautiful things and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Design bouquets and vase arrangements from start to finish Inspect and quality-check incoming wholesale flowers Pick up wholesale flower orders when needed Process and properly hydrate fresh flowers Keep flower buckets clean and water fresh Prepare and package arrangements for delivery or customer pickup Deliver bouquets on slower days Maintain and restock our mini flower bar Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with event and wedding floral setup when needed Schedule Our typical weekly schedule is:

Monday:

11:00 AM•3:00

PM Tuesday:

8:00 AM•2:00 PM ( required )

Wednesday:

12:00 PM•2:00

PM Saturday OR Sunday:

9:00 AM•1:00 PM We're happy to work with the right person to create a schedule that fits both your needs and ours. Tuesdays are the only non-negotiable shift. Some weeks may require additional hours for weddings, larger floral projects, or deliveries.

Please note:

Availability is required during the weeks leading up to and including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day , as these are our busiest times of the year. Mileage Reimbursement When using your personal vehicle for deliveries or flower pickups, mileage is reimbursed at the current standard IRS mileage rate (currently 72.5¢ per mile ). Why Join Lux?
