Your artistic flair and attention to detail will help bring our customers' visions to life while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs. Duties Design and create floral arrangements based on customer requests and specifications. Consult with clients to determine their preferences, budget, and event themes. Maintain inventory of floral supplies and ensure freshness of flowers. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their needs. Operate POS systems and cash registers for processing transactions. Provide landscape maintenance advice as needed for outdoor floral displays. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and setup of floral arrangements for events. Keep the work area organized and clean to promote a safe working environment. Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Ability to sell products effectively while providing knowledgeable recommendations. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations for efficient transaction processing. Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and pricing strategies. Experience in landscape maintenance is beneficial but not required.
