In this role the candidate should be comfortable developing unique yet cohesive designs while working with our customers to create floral arrangements. A successful candidate should have prior floral arranging experience, an understanding of color theory and a passion for floral design.

Responsibilities:

Select fresh flowers. Create floral designs. Ensure that arrangements are presented to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. Read and follow the customer's order. Maintain a clean work area. Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
