Responsibilities Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and daily orders. Consult with customers to understand their preferences and offer expert recommendations on flower selection, color schemes, and design styles. Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by properly handling, storing, and caring for inventory. Manage the ordering and receiving of floral supplies to ensure availability of high-quality materials. Keep the workspace organized, clean, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies for efficient workflow. Assist customers in selecting flowers and accessories while providing excellent service that exceeds expectations. Stay updated on current floral trends and innovative design techniques to continually enhance your craft. Skills Proven experience as a florist or in floral design with a strong portfolio of arrangements. Excellent knowledge of flower types, care requirements, and seasonal availability. Creative flair with an eye for color coordination, balance, and aesthetic appeal. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy floral materials safely.
