Job Description
Arizona Fall League - Graphic Design Assistant
Phoenix, Arizona
The Arizona Fall League is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join the AFL team for the 2026 season (October through mid-November). The role will report directly to the Lead Graphic Designer and Communications Supervisor and assist with day-to-day social content execution. Responsibilities Edit daily graphics for all AFL social platforms (lineup graphics, postgame graphics, etc)
Work alongside Lead Graphic Designer and Communications Supervisor to create graphics for "jewel events" such as the AFL's Fall Stars game
Ability to meet tight deadlines while creating high quality content
Be part of conversations for recurring projects
Stay current on design and social trends Qualifications & Skills BA in Graphic Design or related field
1-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong knowledge of Asana, Google apps and MS Office apps
Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of multiple social media platforms - specifically Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Knowledge of baseball is a plus as it pertains to sports graphics
Ability to work night, weekends and overtime as needed Pay
