From nationally televised college football games and elite sporting events to education initiatives, youth programs and charitable giving, our mission extends far beyond the final whistle.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Graphic Design Coordinator plays a vital role in bringing the Fiesta Sports Foundation's brand to life across print, digital, and environmental platforms. This hands-on creative role is responsible for designing a wide array of visual assets—ranging from game-day collateral, digital ad campaigns, and social media graphics to corporate sponsorship decks, event signage, and community impact materials. This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Brand.

The ideal candidate possesses strong graphic design fundamentals, exceptional project coordination skills, and a passion for sports, hospitality, and community engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Design & Asset Creation
  • Design high-quality digital and print collateral including, but not limited to, social media assets, digital web banners, event invitations, tournament programs, outdoor signage, stadium branding, and promotional merchandise.
  • Create compelling visual assets for partnership pitch decks, sponsorship recaps, and board presentation materials in collaboration with the Partnerships team.
  • Support the production of video graphics, motion graphics, and basic animation for social channels and venue displays.
  • Ensure all creative output strictly adheres to the Fiesta Sports Foundation brand guidelines and individual partner/sponsor brand standards. Production & Project Coordination
  • Manage creative requests from initial concept through design, proofing, print production, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with external print vendors, signage companies, and merchandise suppliers to secure quotes, manage proofs, review color matches, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive the Foundation's digital asset management (DAM) library, including logo files, photography, vector assets, and design templates.
  • Maintain a structured creative request system to prioritize incoming department requests and meet tight deadlines leading up to major events and bowl games. Game Day & Event Operations
  • Assist with on-site visual branding, venue signage deployment, and print collateral distribution during Foundation events and major game-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the digital and media teams to generate live or real-time graphic updates during events and bowl games.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required Experience & Education
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
      Experience:
      1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, corporate in-house, or sports/entertainment environment preferred).
        Portfolio:
        A digital portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout design, branding, and digital/print production expertise. Technical Skills
          Adobe Creative Cloud:
          Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, and Acrobat. Experience in Premiere Pro or After Effects (motion graphics) is a plus.
            Presentation Tools:
            Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides for presentation deck design.
              Pre-Press & Print Production:
              Strong understanding of print preparation, bleed/crop settings, color management (CMYK/RGB/Pantone), and file formatting. Core Competencies

                Exceptional proofing skills and an eye for consistency in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
                  Time Management:
                  Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sports and event environment.
                    Collaborative Communication:
                    Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with internal departments, executive leaders, and external vendors.

                    Working Conditions & Schedule Due to the nature of the sports and entertainment calendar, this position requires non-traditional hours. Candidates must have the flexibility to work heavy evenings, weekends and select holidays during peak event seasons, as well as the ability to travel locally and occasionally nationally to support Foundation initiatives.
