We create branded content, campaigns, and commercial work for brands that live and breathe horsepower — from tires and wheels to full vehicle builds. Our team is small, fast, and obsessive about craft. If you know the difference between a Flat Six and an LSX without Googling it, you'll fit right in. The Role We're looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer with serious automotive instincts — someone who's spent years designing for car brands, aftermarket parts companies, motorsports, or enthusiast media and can deliver agency-quality work without hand-holding. You'll work alongside our Creative Director and production team to design across digital, print, social, packaging, and broadcast deliverables for performance aftermarket clients. This is not a junior role. You should be able to take a creative brief, interpret a brand system, and come back with polished, presentation-ready work. What You'll Do Design print collateral, POP displays, and large-format graphics — trade show booths, banners, signage, packaging, and retail merchandising for automotive and aftermarket brands Create digital campaign assets across web, social, email, and display advertising Produce original vector illustration — technical product art, badging, apparel graphics, and custom artwork built clean in Illustrator Design logos, brand identities, and style guides from concept through final lockup Execute high-end photo manipulation and compositing, especially vehicle and product imagery — retouching, cutouts, environment swaps, and finished key art Prep flawless production-ready files for print vendors and large-format output: dielines, bleeds, color separation, and prepress Build pitch decks and client presentation materials that sell creative concepts Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to maintain visual consistency across deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines in a fast-moving production environment What You Bring Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive, motorsports, powersports, or performance aftermarket industry A portfolio heavy in automotive work — wheels, tires, parts, builds, racing, or enthusiast brands Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator and Photoshop are your daily drivers; InDesign for layout and collateral Strong vector illustration ability — you can draw, not just arrange stock assets Proven logo and identity design work with real shipped examples Advanced photo retouching, compositing, and manipulation skills, especially vehicle imagery Deep print production knowledge: dielines, color separation, prepress, large-format and POP specs Strong typography, layout, and composition fundamentals — your work holds up at agency review standards Real automotive fluency: you understand car culture, enthusiast audiences, and what makes automotive design feel authentic vs. generic
