We are looking for a designer who can create fresh, commercially relevant graphics across multiple age demographics with an emphasis on girls and juniors and possibly some women's. This is an office-based position. Responsibilities Create original artwork for screen prints, sublimation, embroidery, allover prints, and specialty techniques. Identify emerging graphic and fashion trends and incorporate into compelling new designs. Incorporate AI into the graphic design workflow to generate concepts, explore variations and accelerate the creative development process. Develop graphics based on brand direction, seasonal trends, and specific retail accounts. Create production-ready artwork, including color separations, repeats, artwork placement, and callout sheets. Create buyer and production CADs as needed. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail. Stay current with emerging AI design tools and use them effectively to support graphic execution. Qualifications 3+ years of professional apparel graphic design experience. Experience designing for girls and juniors with particular interest in candidates who have experience adapting graphics and trends across multiple age demographics. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong understanding of screen printing, sublimation, embroidery, allover prints, color separation and simulated process, and specialty techniques including glitter, foil, sequins, and embroidery. Experience preparing artwork for overseas factories. Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, multiple seasons, and different aesthetics for various accounts. Experience designing product for major department stores or national retailers is a plus. Portfolio A portfolio demonstrating professional apparel graphic design experience is required.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
