This position combines graphic design work & website maintenance with general office responsibilities, including spreadsheets, shipping, inventory and accounts payable.

Responsibilities include:

Creating print and digital advertising, social media graphics, signage and promotional materials Editing product photographs and preparing images for our website Working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Maintaining spreadsheets and organizing business records Using Quickbooks to enter and track vendor bills and assist with accounts payable Providing general administrative and organizational support The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and technology, and able to shift easily between design projects and administrative tasks. Experience with Adobe Suite, Excel Spreadsheets and Quickbooks are required. Shopify and retail experience are helpful but not required. This is a seasonal contract position (September through June) with 2-3 unpaid months off during the summer. We are a small retail store and offer a great opportunity for advancement. Compensation is based on experience.
