Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a retail apparel marketing team in California on a contract basis. This onsite role supports the creation of high-quality visual assets for trade shows, sales presentations, retail initiatives, and sports marketing programs. The position is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, comfortable working with existing apparel artwork, and able to turn product concepts into clear, engaging marketing visuals.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop visual line sheets and apparel presentation materials that support trade shows, retail campaigns, and sports marketing initiatives.
  • Build presentation decks and graphic layouts for major sales meetings and conference events, ensuring information is visually clear and brand aligned.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator to arrange existing apparel drawings into compelling outfit stories, product assortments, and event-ready visual concepts.
  • Coordinate with the sample team to request, organize, and prepare merchandise needed for trade shows, marketing activities, and sales event shipments.
  • Create styling guides and outfitting visuals that show how garments can be paired together for presentations, internal reviews, and promotional use.
  • Support live working sessions for fashion show and conference preparation by updating outfit flows, model looks, and presentation details in real time.
  • Produce a steady volume of marketing visuals each week while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across deliverables.
