We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced Graphics Department. Position Overview The Entry-Level Graphic Designer will focus heavily on digital image preparation, photo retouching, plush product clean-up, and production layout . This role is essential to maintaining our high volume of visual assets, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting the team across packaging, print, and digital graphics. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to grow within a collaborative design environment.
Key Responsibilities Photo Retouching & Editing:
Retouch and clean up plush product photography for catalogs, marketing, and digital channels—executing color correction, masking, background cleanup, and maintaining visual consistency across product lines.
Print & Digital Production:
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to produce print-ready artwork, adjust packaging die-lines, and create hangtags, POP displays, and digital collateral following strict brand guidelines.
Packaging Development:
Assist in designing and preparing new product packaging, prioritizing visual accuracy and brand consistency.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Fulfill design and asset requests for Marketing, Product Development, and Sales under tight deadlines.
File Management & Brand Compliance:
Maintain organized file systems, standard naming conventions, and strict adherence to established brand guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 1-2 years of experience (internships or freelance work accepted). Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , especially in photo retouching, masking, color correction, and image clean-up. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. Familiarity with Microsoft Office on Mac and PC platforms. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Portfolio required (PDF or website link), including examples of photo editing or retouching work.
