You'll be: Providing creative support for print and digital marketing initiatives, including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, trade show booth graphics, signage, and other promotional materials Collaborating with the Marketing Communications team to design and develop materials supporting business objectives, product launches, campaigns, and events Ensuring all creative materials consistently adhere to corporate brand standards and visual identity guidelines Creating engaging, on-brand content for deployment across print, digital, social media, email, web, and other marketing channels Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing assignments, and meeting deadlines Partnering with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver final materials Preparing production-ready artwork and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and print partners to ensure quality and accuracy Reviewing and proofreading materials for layout, branding, image quality, consistency, and production specifications before release Adapting global marketing assets for regional audiences while maintaining alignment with corporate brand standards Maintaining organized project documentation, source files, and project folders according to established file-management and archival practices Supporting trade shows, conferences, internal events, and other special projects with graphics, signage, presentations, and collateral This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have proven experience as a graphic designer in a professional marketing or communications environment; life science industry experience preferred Possess strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software Demonstrate expertise in creating print and digital marketing materials Are detail-oriented with a strong understanding of branding and visual identity guidelines Have experience managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines Are adept at collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders Can prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors and partners Have excellent organizational skills for maintaining project documentation and files Are available to fulfill a temporary project through October 30th, 2026 What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
