BetterBuzzCoffee.com The Graphic Designer brings the Better Buzz brand to life across in-store, digital and packaging touchpoints. This role creates compelling, on-brand visual assets—from store signage and promotional materials to social content and new store opening collateral—that support marketing initiatives and drive guest engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer passionate about visual storytelling to help evolve the Better Buzz brand during a period of significant growth. You'll explore fresh concepts, strengthen our visual identity and help ensure a cohesive, recognizable brand experience as we continue to scale. The pay range for this position is $110,000.00/year - $125,000.00/year This position is office based with occasional travel to store locations as needed. Creative Development and Campaign Execution Conceptualize and execute compelling visual storytelling for brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives and new store openings. Design cohesive marketing materials across in-store signage, social media, email, website, digital advertising and print. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts, content calendars and creative solutions that support business objectives. Create and maintain a library of on-brand visual assets for ongoing campaigns and promotional needs. Packaging and Merchandise Design packaging across a variety of formats, including in-store packaging, coffee bags, beverage cans and seasonal packaging. Partner with the marketing team to develop new merchandise concepts and translate ideas into compelling apparel and drinkware products. New Store Openings and Field Support Partner with new store openings and operations to develop grand-opening materials, permanent store signage and local marketing collateral. Ensure each new location launches with a cohesive, engaging and brand-consistent visual presence. Provide creative support for ongoing store-level marketing and signage needs. Photography and Video Production Lead the creative direction of photo and video shoots, including developing concepts, inspiration, mood boards and storyboards. Provide hands-on creative direction during shoots to ensure content aligns with the campaign vision and Better Buzz brand. Partner with photographers, videographers, agencies and internal teams throughout planning, production and final asset delivery. Brand Stewardship and Project Management Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while ensuring visual consistency across every guest and marketing touchpoint. Manage multiple design projects from initial concept through final production and delivery. Establish timelines, coordinate feedback and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Balance competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative or branding agency, restaurant, retail or consumer brand. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign creative, print, packaging and digital design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition and visual hierarchy. Working knowledge of print production across various substrates, including dielines, prepress, color management and preparation of production-ready files. Illustration skills applicable to stickers, merchandise, gift cards, packaging and other branded materials. Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through final production while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading, file organization and quality control. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and work effectively across teams. Ability to maintain brand consistency while developing fresh, creative ideas.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience providing creative direction for photography or video shoots. Familiarity with Figma, motion graphics, video editing or other digital design tools. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
