  • Graphic Designer
  • Intermediate for their Santa Clara, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end UX/UI design for supply chain software products — from initial concept and user flows through to high-fidelity Figma deliverables ready for handoff or user testing. Work in rapid, iterative design cycles — delivering polished design output within 3-4 week sprints and incorporating feedback continuously. Learn to leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code) to rapidly prototype and build near-production quality applications — embracing this as part of a modern, evolving design workflow. Transform dense, complex operational and analytical data into meaningful, user-friendly data visualizations and interface patterns. Work closely with a senior designer to understand design requirements and translate them into well-crafted, user-centered design decisions, receiving guidance and mentorship throughout the process — while engaging with a broader cross-functional team of PMs and engineers. Apply UX research and design methodologies — including usability testing, user interviews, iterative prototyping, and information architecture — throughout the product lifecycle. Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong time management, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and new contexts, and contribute to building and maintaining a reusable design system and component library.
Requirements:
Experience baseline — Minimum 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience preferred. New graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered if they demonstrate a strong portfolio and meet criteria in the nice-to-have section of the JD (e.g. B2B product exposure, AI tools, HTML/CSS). Product experience — Some background in B2B or enterprise product design. Candidates with only consumer apps, marketing sites, or branding work should not progress. Figma design file: High-fidelity screens, component specs, interaction flows, and annotated prototypes ready for handoff or user testing. As you grow into the role, deliverables may also include working frontend product: near-production-quality working prototype built with AI tools that are functional, visually polished, and ready for stakeholder demonstration. 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. Portfolio submission is required to be considered. Ability to produce and deliver rigorous, well-crafted design work under tight timelines. Their process spans user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and iterative prototyping, and their portfolio clearly demonstrates how design thinking drove real product outcomes. Demonstrated ability to design data visualizations that make complex operational data clear and actionable for business users. Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and component library management. Willingness and demonstrated aptitude to learn and explore AI-assisted development tools as part of an evolving design workflow. Ability to quickly absorb design requirements and context provided by a senior designer, and proactively drive them forward with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and design quality. Collaborative, flexible, and self-directed — able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new product contexts. These are growth areas and opportunities within the role — not barriers to applying. Prior hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted vibe-coding tools. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for tighter design-to-code fidelity and direct frontend contributions, and familiarity with an IDE such as VS Code. Familiarity with basic Git commands and Bitbucket for version control and code-based deliverable submission. Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, semiconductor manufacturing, or enterprise operations software.
