May produce documents and printed materials using desktop publishing software and equipment. May work for a publishing company or provide printed business or marketing material for business clients.

Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. Verify the accuracy of memorial orders against the finalized memorial design before it is submitted for manufacturing. Design basic memorial products according to the customer's requests. Insure that memorials with pending pre-need final disposition are designed correctly. Answer staff questions and solve problems as needed. Insure that the memorial design is set up correctly for manufacture, to avoid errors and rework. Review posted charges against the memorial order to insure accurate figures. Review layouts for benches and monuments for complete customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to the Arrangers on special art design, and approve photographs for photo tiles. Review memorial order for granite color, size, style, decedent's name, and proof inscriptions according to the design selected from the Rose Hills catalog. Review design documentation to insure it is complete and accurate. Follow up on pending designs, and inform management of pending design orders. Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, and organize work. Think critically about work processes, troubleshoot situations, and take remedial action. Adhere to Company policies, procedures, rules, and controls. Adhere to safety rules and regulations, and report unsafe practices to management. Act on customer service issue to provide satisfactory resolution. Understand and achieve annual SMART goals. Participate in cross training and skill development opportunities to improve competency and customer service. Report to work on time and maintain standard attendance.Experience and Education:
One to two years' experience as support staff in a customer service environment Minimum of an A.A. degree in Graphic Design, or equivalentSpecial Skills:
Must be familiar with: Photoshop PageMaker/In Design Illustrator Adobe Acrobat MS Office software including web based navigation Flexi Sign Pro, or equivalent Bilingual a plus High accuracy with data entryCompensation:
