Our company is seeking a full-time, on-site team member for our Graphic Design department, where you'll work closely with our customers to create designs, create and edit menus, and deliver high-quality design orders. This role is one of the creative engines behind our world-class, rip-proof printing solutions. This is a high-impact position where your designs will directly support diverse industries globally, from hospitality and education to outdoor recreation and healthcare. You will have the independence to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working directly with our clients to bring their brands to life on the world's most durable paper. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary creative consultant for customers, communicating regularly via email and phone to translate their specific requirements into compelling designs. Develop fresh, innovative menu designs tailored to customer specifications and the unique capabilities of our waterproof products. Swiftly and accurately execute design revisions, including menu updates, pricing changes, and brand-consistent supplementary designs for returning clients. Design visually compelling print materials and digital media that align with the brand goals of our diverse clients across hospitality, healthcare, outdoor recreation, and other industries. Support internal marketing initiatives by delivering high-quality graphic design solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape to keep our designs fresh and relevant. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our graphic design workflow and drive better customer satisfaction. Uphold TerraSlate's rigorous standards for design quality across every project.
Qualifications Graphic Design Experience:
Minimum of 2 years (Required) Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite:
Minimum of 2 years, including hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign (Required)
Core Skills:
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design abilities
Customer Communication:
Must be comfortable and willing to communicate regularly with customers via email and phone
Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional attention to detail is essential
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive Learner:
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the role

K-VE Compensation Compensation:
$65,000 annually plus monthly bonus potential Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans. 401(k) with a 4% immediately vested company match. $100,000 in company-paid life insurance and disability coverage. A combination of three weeks of PTO + sick leave annually.
