This role is ideal for someone who blends strong visual design skills with conversion-focused email and retention marketing . This position aligns with experience in roles such as: Email Marketing & Design Specialist (Klaviyo) Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Email & SMS) Email Marketing Designer Retention Marketing Specialist CRM & Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities Design and build email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo Support lifecycle and retention campaigns (Email & SMS) Create visually engaging, conversion-driven email designs Design IG stories, carousels, ads, and other digital assets Collaborate on CRM and retention marketing strategies Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets Utilize AI tools for design, workflows, or creative optimization Qualifications 2+ years of experience in graphic design Can speak English and Spanish Strong portfolio demonstrating email and digital design Highly proficient in Klaviyo Experience with email marketing, CRM, and retention strategies Background in skincare, vitamins, wellness, or related industries Strong understanding of conversion-based design Familiarity with AI tools for design or workflow automation Fast, organized, and detail-oriented

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Salary:

$4,000 per month + bonuses
