You'll join a lean, high-output marketing team and partner closely with our existing Graphic Designer — while they own our brand's visual design, you'll own everything that moves: explainer videos, animated sequences, motion graphics for campaigns and events, and dynamic assets that make our story land across every audience we serve. This is a hands-on creative role for someone early in their career who's ready to build a standout portfolio in a fast-paced environment. You'll also play a direct part in driving revenue by producing polished animated content for our sales enablement platform (Digideck), helping our sales team tell a more compelling, visual story. Your role includes executing the following: Produce explainer videos and animated content that clarify our products and value across verticals (private clubs, residential communities, concierge medicine, employee experience, and association experience) Create motion graphics and animations for the website, marketing campaigns, and live/virtual events Build and maintain animated sales enablement assets within Digideck to support the sales team Partner with the Graphic Designer to keep motion work visually consistent with our brand and web design Take projects from concept and storyboard through final render and delivery Apply solid graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy) to static and motion work alike Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight Support our Graphic Designer with daily client success and sales graphic requests. Additional support you'll add to the team: Asisst with daily graphic design requests from client success and sales Understand the tools and templates used by our graphic designer to provide redundancy when the team needs extra support. The skills we're looking for: Primary skillset: 1-3 years of experience in motion graphics/animation (strong student or freelance portfolio work counts) A portfolio that demonstrates animation and motion design skill, not just static graphics Proficiency in Adobe After Effects; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Solid graphic design fundamentals and an eye for clean, on-brand visual storytelling Ability to translate ideas, scripts, or product concepts into clear, engaging visuals Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling several deadlines at once A collaborative, self-directed attitude — you can take direction and also run with an idea Complimentary skillset: Experience with graphic design tools Adobe After Effects InDesign Photoshop Figma Nice to have Experience creating explainer/product videos Familiarity with sales enablement tools (Digideck a plus) Basic sound design, 3D (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender), or web animation (Lottie, GIF, CSS) experience Experience designing for B2B or technology brands Why join us You'll have real ownership over a growing function, a direct line of sight to how your work drives marketing and sales results, and a close creative partnership rather than a crowded department to get lost in. Plus, we're a lot of fun to work with.
