Hourly + Commission About the Role We are looking for an energetic, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team at a custom tumbler kiosk located inside Sawgrass Mills Mall. You'll help customers create personalized tumblers by adding names, logos, and custom artwork using our professional laser engraving equipment. This role combines customer service, creativity, and hands-on production in a fun retail environment. No engraving experience is required. We will provide training for the right candidate. What You'll Do Assist customers with selecting tumblers and personalization options Create basic layouts for names, logos, and custom designs Operate laser engraving equipment after training Deliver outstanding customer service and help customers bring their ideas to life Process sales transactions and maintain product displays Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and fully stocked Learn new engraving techniques and customization options What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong people skills Comfortable working with customers in a busy retail setting Basic computer knowledge Creative mindset and attention to detail Graphic design experience is a plus (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus commission Paid training Fun and creative work environment Opportunity to learn laser engraving and design skills Growth opportunities as the business expands If you enjoy working with people, being creative, and making personalized products, we'd love to meet you.
