Job Description

We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and digital media. Collaborating with multiple teams within the Marketing department as well as across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. A thorough understanding of branding and the best ways to preserve the brand will be paramount. Provide graphic support company-wide under the direction of the Marketing Director and Creative Coordinator.
Role Objectives:
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovation graphic designs that meet business goals Collaborate with various team members and managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload, which will include several simultaneous projects. Work in an open concept environment, often with a lot of talking going on around you while you focus on your work. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and stock images. Responsibilities include , but are not limited to: Create design concepts - to develop designs for new ads that are on brand. Present layouts for final approval to creative coordinator & marketing director. Add landscaping and touch up house pictures in Photoshop for use online and large scale print such as posters and billboards. Create design concepts for events - emails, flyers, online listings. Manage the proof approval process on a corporate and field office level by uploading designs into the content management system. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific designs. Assist with whatever projects the creative coordinator or marketing director may have.
Required skill:
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Three or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Organization and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desire to continue building a skill set with education and training. Bachelor's degree
