This role is ideal for someone who loves design but also enjoys the technical side of turning creative ideas into production ready artwork. What You'll Do Create original artwork and graphics for apparel, merchandise, and other printed products Work with customer supplied artwork and prepare files for production Create and modify designs based on customer requests, brand guidelines, and project specifications Prepare print ready files for screen printing, transfers, and other production methods Create color separations and make necessary artwork adjustments for production Review artwork for sizing, placement, resolution, colors, fonts, and overall print quality Create customer proofs/mockups for approval Make artwork revisions quickly and accurately Organize and maintain digital artwork and production files Communicate with sales, production, and management to make sure job requirements are clear Help troubleshoot artwork or production issues before jobs reach the press Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Maintain consistency and accuracy across repeat orders and established customer brands What We're Looking For Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign Strong typography, layout, and design skills Bonus Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Screen printing color separations Spot colors and Pantone matching DTF or heat transfer artwork Apparel mockups Prepress/production art Band, tour, streetwear, or merchandise design Working in a print shop or production environment What Success Looks Like You're someone who can take a project from an idea or customer file to clean, accurate, production ready artwork.
