Based on experience | Paid Time Off | Flexible Schedule International Minute Press•the world's largest print, marketing, and design franchise•is hiring a Graphic Designer for our commercial print shop in Nampa, ID. We're a fast-paced team that creates high-quality print and marketing materials for businesses across the Treasure Valley. If you're creative, organized, and passionate about design, we want to meet you! What You'll Do Design logos, marketing materials, and other business collateral Layout and typeset various print projects Prepare print-ready files (bleeds, crops, fonts, links, and colors) Communicate with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life Create custom quotes for print jobs Review job specs and ensure artwork meets production standards

What We're Looking For Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Passion for print design and production Preferred (but not required): Experience with digital, offset, or wide-format printing Experience preparing quotes or working directly with clients Why Join Us?
