Full-time, on-site About Us Momentum Ink is a local screen printing and embroidery shop serving teams, schools, businesses, and community groups in the Inland Northwest. We're growing and looking for a front-office team member who enjoys working with people, has solid general graphic design skills, and is excited to contribute across customer service, sales, and light production support. Position Overview This is a design-focused position that also includes front office customer service and sales support. The majority of your day will be spent creating and preparing artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and Direct To Film production while managing multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency. In addition to design work, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for customers by answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, collaborating with sales representatives, and helping ensure orders move smoothly from concept to production. Responsibilities Create and prepare artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF printing Design customer logos, apparel graphics, and production-ready layouts Prepare digital proofs and mockups for customer approval Ensure artwork is accurate and production-ready before printing Output film and prepare files for production Produce and manage daily DTF transfers, including file preparation, printing, and organization Build and update customer online stores using existing templates Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Welcome and assist walk-in customers with orders and product questions Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer needs are communicated accurately Follow up on artwork approvals, missing information, deposits, and order updates Assist with general office tasks that help keep production running efficiently Qualifications & Skills Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Portfolio demonstrating design ability and attention to detail Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers in person Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with both customers and coworkers Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Experience in screen printing, embroidery, apparel decoration, or promotional products is a plus but not required Graphic Design degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Schedule Full-time, on-site in Post Falls Typical business hours (exact schedule discussed during the interview) Pay & Commission Hourly pay starting from 18.00 per hour, depending on experience Uncapped, performance-based commission: 10% commission on eligible new orders you help bring in or close (details discussed during the interview) How to
