Core Values Drive Adapt Collaborate Question OWN IT Signs By Tomorrow Arlington Heights is looking for a Customer Experience Designer to join our signs and graphics team. This role focuses on creating accurate, production-ready designs while working closely with sales, production, and installation. What You'll Do Serve as the primary design contact for customers from estimate through install Translate customer ideas into accurate designs and clear proofs Manage revisions, approvals, and expectations to keep projects on track Coordinate with sales, production, and install teams for smooth handoffs Prepare permitting drawings and keep documentation organized Support install coordination by ensuring details are complete and accurate Assist with internal and marketing projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (sign or print experience a plus) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Values creativity in problem-solving, efficiency, and execution, rather than conceptual or campaign-based design.
