The Junior Graphic Designer will prepare customer artwork, create digital product proofs, make production-ready files, and assist with marketing and product photography. Key Responsibilities Create digital proofs showing customers how their artwork will appear on custom products. Prepare, clean up, resize, and convert customer-supplied artwork for production. Create one-color and multicolor artwork suitable for screen printing and dye sublimation. Convert artwork to vector format and prepare print-ready files. Design product flyers, email graphics, website banners, advertisements, social media graphics, signs, and other marketing materials. Edit and retouch product photographs, including color changes, background removal, and image cleanup. Create product mockups using supplied artwork, logos, colors, and specifications. Review files carefully for correct spelling, sizing, colors, placement, and print quality. Make revisions based on feedback from customers, sales staff, and production employees. Organize artwork, proofs, templates, and completed production files. Maintain consistency across company and partner branding. Communicate with sales and production teams to clarify project requirements and deadlines. Assist with photography, catalog updates, website graphics, and other creative projects as needed. Manage several projects at once while meeting daily deadlines.
