Job DescriptionIDS is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead and deliver high-quality creative design solutions across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves strategic concept development, execution of design deliverables, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful user-centered experiences.

Job DescriptionIDS is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead and deliver high-quality creative design solutions across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves strategic concept development, execution of design deliverables, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful user-centered experiences.
Key Duties
- Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns
- Actively participates in brainstorming and idea generation
- Conducts design research, moodboarding, concepting, and execution of design concepts
- Recommends creative solutions aligned with client, brand, and end-user needs
- Communicates design decisions and presentations effectively with teams and clients
- Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Participates in customer discovery sessions and presentations
- Organizes and maintains design files with proper standards and conventions
- Maintains accountability and time management across project lifecycles
- Contributes to ADG team culture and collaboration
- May supervise others
- Performs other duties as assigned Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- OR Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience
- OR Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)
- Portfolio required
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required Compensation
- Competitive Hourly Pay
