Your role and responsibilities As a Digital Graphics Designer specializing in Content & Courseware Design, you will devise learning strategies tailored to clients' requirements and create detailed design documents for proposed learning solutions. You will lead design and development projects, guiding team members throughout the process.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conduct Needs Analysis:

Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities, and develop recommendations for learning solutions.

Develop Learning Strategies:

Devise learning strategies tailored to clients' requirements, incorporating adult learning principles and various learning modes such as ILT, e-learning, Web 2.0, and blended learning.

Lead Design Projects:

Lead design and development projects, guiding team members throughout the process and ensuring effective solution delivery.

Create Design Documents:

Create detailed design documents for proposed learning solutions, demonstrating strong analytical and storyboarding skills.

Mentor Instructional Designers:

Lead and mentor instructional designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.

• Exposure to

Learning Strategy Development:

Proven ability to devise learning strategies tailored to clients' requirements, incorporating adult learning principles and various learning modes such as ILT, e-learning, Web 2.0, and blended learning.

• Experience with

Needs Analysis:

Skilled in conducting thorough needs analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities, and developing recommendations for learning solutions.

• Proficiency in

Design Document Creation:

Adept at creating detailed design documents for proposed learning solutions, demonstrating strong analytical and storyboarding skills.

• Familiarity with

Project Leadership:

Experienced in leading design and development projects, guiding team members throughout the process and ensuring effective solution delivery.

Understanding of Adult Learning Principles:

Strong comprehension of adult learning principles and their application in learning strategy development.

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI is required

• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP) Preferred technical and professional experience

• Proficiency in

Storyboarding Tools:

Exposure to various storyboarding tools and techniques, with the ability to effectively apply them in learning solution design.

• Familiarity with

E-learning Platforms:

Experience working with e-learning platforms and technologies, including Web 2.0 and blended learning modes.

Understanding of Instructional Design Models:

Exposure to instructional design models and methodologies, with the ability to analyze and apply them in learning strategy development.
