Our goal is to partner with self-motivated and driven individuals and foster a relationship of continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a Graphic Design / Pre-Press. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Develop graphic designs solutions that support our clients overall goals of creativity, accuracy and quality Meet promise dates based on client requirements Facilitate the success of a client program through collaboration with the graphic engineers Develop and refine the graphic design process for our manufacturing facility Develop and support business processes for pre-press Create production ready artwork for both large format print and graphic finishing Assist graphic engineering department with technical Illustrator needs to improve vehicle template accuracy Complete process development projects within the forecasted deadlines Responsible for the processing and submission of all ordering and scheduling documents The key behaviors / skills required for this role are: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator and Photoshop Basic understanding of reading JSON syntax and Java languages Problem solving abilities including analysis and critical thought Ability to meet timelines and organize work based on priority Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork Punctuality, efficiency and deadline management Good listening and communication skills Quick and continuous learner Attention to detail Basic math skills Customer Service Drives continuous improvements Identify areas of risk, communicate and provide transparency Education required for this role: Associate or Bachelor?s Degree in Graphic Design or related field; company will consider a combination of education and experience Proficient in design software programs (Adobe Creative Cloud) including Illustrator and Photoshop Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar skills Commitment to continuous education, such as manufacturing of creative design to drive improvements of design and finished products
