Speed is critical in this position. Our designers work in a fast-paced production environment where customers and production teams depend on artwork being completed quickly and accurately. The successful candidate must be able to move projects through efficiently, make decisions quickly, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. The right person understands current design trends and knows how to create artwork that connects with different audiences. You'll work on a wide variety of projects, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being creative, can shift between projects easily, and knows how to get things done on deadline. What You'll Do Create original artwork and designs for screen-printed apparel, embroidered garments, custom embroidered patches, banners, and other products Turn customer sketches, ideas, photos, and existing artwork into polished designs Prepare and adjust artwork specifically for screen printing and embroidery production Modify, clean up, recreate, and vectorize customer-supplied artwork Work with both traditional and AI-generated artwork , adapting files when necessary for production Follow current styles, trends, colors, and design concepts Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Work closely with customers, sales staff, artists, and production teams What We're Looking For Strong creative ability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Understanding of color, typography, layout, and design principles Knowledge of screen-printing and embroidery production is strongly preferred Ability to understand a target audience and create artwork that appeals to that market Willingness to learn and adapt as design technology and trends continue to evolve Software & Technology Experience with: CorelDRAW Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Windows-based PCs Vector and raster artwork AI-assisted design tools and AI-generated artwork is a plus Education & Experience Degree, certification, or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design 3-4+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred Screen printing, embroidery, apparel decoration, or production-art experience is highly valued Who Will Succeed Here? Someone who can take a customer saying, "I have an idea, but I'm not sure how to make it look right," and turn that idea into artwork that looks great and can actually be produced.
