Position Summary The Graphic Designer (Web & Product Design) is responsible for developing visually compelling and compliant creative assets across digital and physical platforms. This role plays a critical part in bringing new products to market through impactful packaging, labeling, and digital brand experiences while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and brand standards. This position requires a strong blend of creative design expertise, web/digital experience, and attention to compliance detail, particularly in labeling and product representation within the dietary supplement industry. Key Responsibilities

• Product & Label Design
• Design and develop product labels, packaging, and labeling collateral in compliance with FDA requirements.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and Product Development teams to ensure compliance.
• Prepare print-ready files with proper dielines and specifications.
• Maintain version control for all label revisions.
• Digital & Web Design
• Design website graphics, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Create visuals for product launches and campaigns.
• Optimize UX/UI performance and responsiveness.
• Marketing & Brand Collateral
• Develop digital marketing assets (email, social, ads).
• Create print collateral (sell sheets, brochures, signage).
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Support product launch timelines.
• Asset Management & Documentation
• Maintain organized file structures.
• Ensure artwork is version-controlled and audit-ready. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, but if you have the experience and right skillset degree is not required.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in web design (Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
• Experience in product packaging and labeling design. Technical Skills
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of print production processes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
