Job Description

What You'll Be Doing Support and troubleshoot GPS and machine control systems on active job sites Assist with setup, calibration, and implementation of machine control equipment Work with field teams to ensure systems are being used correctly and efficiently Provide hands-on and remote support to operators and field personnel Train crews on machine control systems and best practices Track and manage machine control files, models, and version control Coordinate with survey and modeling teams to ensure accurate, usable data Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve production Work with vendors (Topcon, Komatsu, Trimble) to resolve technical issues Support field surveying operations as needed Read and interpret blueprints, models, and technical documents Promote safe use of technology to improve jobsite safety and reduce rework What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience with machine control, GPS, or construction technology Experience with systems like Topcon and Komatsu required (Trimble preferred) Strong understanding of construction operations and jobsite workflows Comfortable troubleshooting issues in the field and working independently Willingness to travel to job sites as needed Strong communication skills and ability to train field personnel Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency required What You'll Get Full-time, steady work PTO, health, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities to work with advanced construction technology Training, development, and opportunities to grow within the company
