In this role, you will craft compelling digital and print designs that elevate brand identity, engage audiences, and support marketing initiatives. Your creative expertise will help shape the visual language of our brand, ensuring consistency and originality in every project. Duties Develop and execute visually stunning designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media, print advertising, and branding materials using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Lead art direction efforts to establish cohesive visual identities that align with brand strategies and marketing goals. Create engaging motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance storytelling across multimedia channels. Design logos, icons, layouts, and typography that communicate clear messages while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visuals for promotional campaigns, product launches, and events. Manage color schemes, typography, and layout design principles to ensure visual consistency across all platforms. Utilize web development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), and InVision for UI/UX design projects and website updates. Conduct photo manipulation, digital art creation, and photography editing to support branding initiatives. Oversee sign manufacturing projects and production design for print or large-format displays when required. Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders through effective presentation skills and visual storytelling. Experience Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, branding projects, motion graphics, logo design, and web design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, InVision, and other relevant design tools. Solid understanding of color management, typography principles, color theory, layout design, typesetting, and visual hierarchy. Experience with UI/UX design processes including wireframing and prototyping for websites or applications using tools like InVision or Figma. Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for basic web development tasks is a plus. Ability to produce high-quality digital art and illustrations while maintaining attention to detail in photo manipulation and content management systems. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to diverse audiences. Prior work experience in marketing or advertising environments is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for creative innovation is essential.
