Job Description
Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of social media platforms. Basic graphic design skills. Ability to create professional-looking digital and printed materials. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate with employees and leadership in a professional manner. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.Preferred:
Experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, social media, or a related field. Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design programs. Experience managing business social media accounts. Photography and/or video editing experience. Experience creating recruiting or employer-branding content. Experience with website content management. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A degree isn't everything. Enjoy coming up with new ideas. Can take feedback and turn it into something better. Are comfortable walking around a manufacturing facility to capture photos and content. Can work with people from different departments. Are organized enough to keep track of several projects at once. Are willing to try something new when the old way isn't working. Work Environment This position will primarily work in an office setting but will also regularly visit the manufacturing facility to photograph employees, products, equipment, events, and other company activities. The manufacturing environment may include exposure to dust, airborne fibers, industrial noise, moving equipment, forklifts, and changing temperatures. Appropriate PPE and safety procedures must be followed when entering production areas. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
