JOB DESCRIPTION

The Photography Retoucher will be responsible for executing the creative vision of the company's products and ensuring the product images are executed to meet the company standards set. •Potential candidates must show relevant Portfolio for serious consideration. Please share the link. There will be a mandatory PhotoShop Skill Test during your interview to understand your knowledge and level of retouching. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conceptualize and develop ideas through a group or independently. Knowledge of primary sports preferred Editing, retouching, and resizing all images for marketing, retail, and web use Coordinating and facilitating communication with various business groups regarding new products received and new photos taken Setting up and coordinating onsite/offsite photoshoots Setting up and coordinating onsite/offsite photoshoots Give support for promotional material, the ECOM Business and catalogs Meetings with the internal sales department to establish a vision for a product or design Keeping inventory and photo database updated and organized Bachelor's Degree preferred in Photography, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience. The ideal Creative for this position should possess the skills below: Color Correction & White Balancing in LightRoom Retouching & Compositing images in PhotoShop Knowledge of layers, masks and adjustments Silhouetting images Creative and imaginative Self-starter and taking initiatives Very detail oriented and open to criticisms
