A Graphic Designer works with text and images to create design for printed material or web sites. Develops visual designs, such as a logo, that establish an identity or brand for an organization, business or campaign; uses design skills to improve the visual impact of advertising messages, reports, books or websites. May produce documents and printed materials using desktop publishing software and equipment. May work for a publishing company or provide printed business or marketing material for business clients.

The role of Project Manager for our signs and graphics division is an exciting and highly collaborative position that offers the opportunity to work closely with our clients from a variety of industries and with our internal teams. Success in this role requires a high level of organization, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to plan, estimate, initiate and follow jobs through completion, including communicating with our team as well as outside vendors and installers.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts consisting of client consultation and project execution. Communicate directly with clients from project inception through completion. Prepare client estimates. Meet customer service standards. Ensure budgets and schedules are met for each project. Reconcile budgets and prepare invoices. Stay current with industry trends and production technologies. Advise management on recommended courses of action or areas needing improvement relating to an assigned account. Local travel for site visits; driver's license required (mileage reimbursed) Nuts & Bolts Qualifications. 3+ years of work experience in the sign industry preparing quotes and providing client services. Understanding of design and able to use layout tools to help estimate. Knowledge of large format graphic production equipment, including HP Latex printers, laminating machines, etc. Experience mounting vinyl materials onto substrates, such as vehicles and glass doors. Experience installing signs and graphics on-site. Creative design experience is a plus!.
