The Position Our Client is seeking a talented Digital Experience Designer & SharePoint Site Creator to design, build, and optimize engaging digital experiences across SharePoint Online. In this role, you will combine visual design expertise with hands-on SharePoint development to create intuitive, branded, and user-focused intranet sites, team sites, and communication pages. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll transform business requirements into well-structured digital solutions while managing site architecture, governance, and ongoing enhancements that improve collaboration and the overall employee experience. Duties & Responsibilities Create, configure, and launch SharePoint Online sites (team sites, communication sites) using SNC-approved templates and governance guidelines Build site IA (information architecture): pages, navigation, lists, libraries, metadata, views, and permissions Establish site governance, cadence, and usage guidelines for stakeholders Manage site lifecycle: updates, enhancements, content refresh, archival Produce high-quality visual content for SharePoint pages, intranet, internal communication channels, and presentations Support UX/UI visual design for new intranet experiences (aligned to design direction described in Translate business needs into user-focused content layouts and site structure Supervisory Responsibilities No immediate direct reports Skills & Qualifications Associates Degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools Strong visual communication and branding adherence Experience producing graphics for web/intranet environments Hands-on experience building SharePoint Online sites Ability to configure lists, libraries, content types, and pages Familiarity with SharePoint governance, templates, and provisioning processes Strong consultative and requirements-gathering capabilities Ability to translate unstructured requests into structured digital experiences Excellent communication and stakeholder management Work Environment On-site position located in Sparks, Nevada This is a 5-month contract Compensation Position offers an hourly W2 Rate between $35 - $40, with additional benefits Requirements Because this client is a Federal Government Contractor performing services for the DoD, US Air Force, NASA and others, they do require US, Non-Dual Citizenship Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
