What You'll Do Design custom uniforms and team apparel for leagues, schools, and organizations Create original graphics and layouts for products, packaging, and merchandise Support product sourcing efforts by developing design concepts and mockups for new items Collaborate with our team on branding for marketing materials, product listings, and promotional campaigns Maintain a consistent visual identity across uniforms, apparel, and product lines What We're Looking For Strong portfolio demonstrating apparel, uniform, or product design experience (sports/athletic design a plus) Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign Understanding of print and production requirements for uniforms and apparel (sublimation, embroidery, screen print, etc. a plus) Ability to juggle multiple design projects and deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude Must be local to the Rochester, NY area — this role is on-site and relocation assistance is not available Compensation & Benefits Salary is dependent on skill level and experience.
