About the position The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative marketing team by producing digital and print visual assets under the guidance of a senior designer. Principal Responsibilities/Duties Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, flyers, brochures, and presentations. Work with branding, marketing, and other team members to brainstorm concepts and execute campaign deliverables. Incorporate feedback from senior staff and prepare final electronic files for print or digital deployment. Illustrate concepts through arrangement, size, type size and style, and aesthetics. Follow established brand guidelines, maintaining consistent use of typography, color palettes, and imagery. Retouch, resize, and color-correct photographs or digital illustrations. Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, and other partners. Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of layout, composition, color theory, and typography. Detail-oriented, receptive to constructive feedback, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Canva is a plus. Critical Challenges Must be comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback. Looking for someone who works well with a team while also feeling confident expressing their own ideas.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
