SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and hands-on aspects of design, with a strong emphasis on print production. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the development of sales and marketing collateral by creating visually engaging materials and assisting with print preparation and finishing. This role requires a balance of design skills, production knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and produce sales and marketing collateral including sell sheets, posters, presentations, and internal support materials and collateral.

Create visually engaging layouts that effectively communicate messaging and align with brand standardsPrepare print-ready files, ensuring proper bleeds, crop marks, color modes, and resolutionManage hands-on finishing tasks such as trimming, assembling, mounting, and preparing materials for distributionSelect and apply appropriate typography, imagery, and layout for various projectsRevise designs based on feedback from marketing, sales, and leadership teamsSupport internal stakeholders with design requests and quick-turn revisionsMaintain organized file systems and version control for ongoing projectsEnsure brand consistency across all print and digital materialsAssist with print orders and production instructions following final approvalCollaborate with team members including marketing managers and designers on larger or specialized projectsPerform other related duties as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS02
years of experience in graphic design or a related field (internship experience acceptable)Strong understanding of print design and production workflowsSolid knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and compositionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Working knowledge of digital design formats and best practicesHigh attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelinesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteNice to Have...Experience supporting an internal sales or marketing teamFamiliarity with brand systems and templatesExperience with large-format print, signage, or display materialsBasic knowledge of FigmaHands-on experience with manual cutting or finishing equipmentWORK ENVIRONMENTFully onsite in Woodbury, Long Island

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordinate are required over 50% of the work week while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
