Graphic Designer

Are you a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer with print production experience? We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the team at Minuteman Press. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, creating professional designs, and preparing files for high-quality print production. Responsibilities Design business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, signs, apparel graphics, and marketing materials Prepare and proof print-ready files for digital and offset printing Communicate with customers to understand project goals and provide design recommendations Edit existing customer artwork and troubleshoot file issues Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality and accuracy Qualifications 2+ years of professional graphic design experience Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience with print production and file setup preferred Strong typography, layout, and branding skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience in a print shop or sign shop environment Knowledge of large-format printing and promotional products Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing design What We Offer Creative and collaborative work environment Variety of design projects across multiple industries Opportunity to work directly with local businesses Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunity with growth potential
