What you´ll do The Graphic Designer is a highly creative, digitally minded professional responsible for translating brand and business objectives into modern, best-in-class content for internal and external channels. This role owns projects from concept through final execution, combining strong design fundamentals, strategic thinking and a current creative perspective to produce work that is visually compelling, brand consistent and effective. As a key member of the Consumer Engagement Team, the designer is expected to bring fresh ideas, challenge conventional approaches and continuously elevate the quality and impact of our creative output.
Creative Concepting & Design Execution:
Translate business objectives and creative briefs into modern, visually compelling concepts and polished final assets
Ecommerce, Retail & Product Content:
Create best-in-class product imagery, infographics, enhanced content and other digital assets that improve the shopper experience
Packaging, Artwork & Production Design:
Develop and adapt packaging, labels and production-ready artwork while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency
Product Visualization & Render Development:
Develop accurate, high-quality product renders and visualizations for ecommerce, packaging, campaigns and other marketing needs
Marketing & Sales Design:
Create mockups, trade show graphics, sales collateral, display designs and other materials supporting sales and brand activation
Brand Stewardship:
Maintain brand consistency while identifying opportunities to modernize and elevate creative execution
Project & Workflow Management:
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, communicate status clearly and identify risks or dependencies early
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with marketing, ecommerce, social, video and other stakeholders to clarify needs, recommend solutions and deliver effective creative work
Asset Management & Scalable Design Systems:
Maintain organized files and assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and develop reusable templates and systems that improve consistency and efficiency
Creative Knowledge, Innovation & Optimization:
Stay current on design trends, technologies and best practices, applying new ideas and available insights to strengthen the work
AI, Emerging Tools & Scalability:
Responsibly apply approved AI-enabled tools to support concept development, streamline workflow What makes you a good fit Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and exceptional command of typography, composition, color and visual hierarchy 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an in-house creative team, agency or consumer-products environment Strong visual instincts with the ability to turn complex information into clear, modern and compelling creative Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience using content ticketing, project management and approval platforms such as Monday.com, SeAL or similar tools Focus on speed and consistency through organized workflows, reusable templates and scalable design systems Preferred experience in one or more complementary areas, such as motion graphics, product rendering, 3D visualization, AI-enabled creative tools or scalable content-production workflows. Experience within a consumer-products, retail or in-house creative environment is also preferred Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
