Our core focus is to make a branded cup the simplest way for America's mom & pop retailers to market themselves. By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be America's #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base. We are seeking a dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individual to support the Foam Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. The schedule is Week 1: Monday
  • Wednesday 4a-4p Week 2: Monday
  • Thursday 4a
  • 4p Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Understand and accurately complete digital work orders using iPads and related systems Operate and run all assigned machines at designated production speeds Lead and direct operators while promoting teamwork and efficiency Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels for all materials required to operate machines Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 10-hour shifts Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety Communicate effectively and collaborate with management, maintenance personnel, and fellow operators to support production goals Assist with packing product as needed Adjust machine settings (HMI and machine adjustments) to ensure products remain within specifications Assist with and monitor the pre-expansion process as needed Move pallets using pallet jacks Load boxes into case packers Monitor scrap levels and report issues as needed Assist with covering operator breaks and lunches The Machine Specialist must possess the following qualities: Have an understanding of manufacturing/machine operations Dependable (must be at work on time) Must be mechanically inclined Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses Excellent communication skills Able to do simple math Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus Flexible work schedule
