Design & Brand Communications Coordinator Position :
This position/assignment is temporary, with opportunity for future projects and potential in-house roles. Position Summary In partnership with the Design & Brand Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for aiding in the creation of various print & digital assets such as visual merchandising signage, internal sales pieces, flyers, social media graphics, email marketing design, website PDPs, photography and more. The primary project for this role will be supporting a website revamp, with new Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and other website assets being developed for approximately 140 products. You will work closely with the Design & Brand Communications Coordinator to establish visual standards and templates that can be easily adapted across products while maintaining a consistent look and feel across each individual product line. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Design & Brand Communications Coordinator to create and produce a variety of print and digital marketing assets. Support the ongoing website revamp, including the development of new Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and other website assets for a large product assortment. Help develop and implement visual standards, templates, and design systems that can be efficiently applied across multiple products and product lines. Adapt established templates and artwork across products while maintaining strong visual consistency, accuracy, and brand standards. Design and produce visual merchandising signage, internal sales materials, flyers, social media graphics, email marketing assets, website graphics, or other promotional materials if needed. Assist with product photography and image preparation, including retouching, cropping, color correction, and formatting for various applications. Organize and maintain creative assets, including product imagery, artwork, templates, and working files. Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining established creative direction. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while working closely with the Design & Brand Communications Coordinator. Provide general graphic design and production support across the framesi brand as needed. Experience level is flexible, and we welcome applications from emerging designers and beginners with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Ability to work in-person Interest and/or experience in beauty, fashion, branding, and consumer products is a plus, but not required. Experience with AI is a plus, but not required. Pay/Benefits/Opportunities Pay is determined by experience and portfolio quality, $19-$21/hr Part-time, 24 hrs/week, opportunity for more hours based on need Contract from November 1st 2026 - January 15th 2027.
