Role:
We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative digital team. This is an ideal role for an early-career designer or recent graduate looking to grow quickly in a high-output, hands-on creative environment. The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker with solid foundational design skills, hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite, and confidence working heavily in Canva. You'll help bring ideas to life across digital campaigns, paid advertising, print materials, and internal/client-facing brand assets. You'll work closely with our digital ad buying team and client managers to develop creatives that perform, communicate clearly, and stays visually consistent across multiple clients and channels. Most production work will be built in Canva, so strong working knowledge of the platform is essential, alongside Adobe expertise for more advanced design work. No political experience is required. What You'll Do Design digital ad creative for platforms like Meta, Google, Display, and other paid channels Create print and offline marketing materials as needed (Billboard, Newspaper ads, logos, etc.) Build client-facing presentations, one-pagers, and brand assets Collaborate directly with the digital teams and client managers Translate campaign strategy into clear, engaging visual creative Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients and deliverables Work quickly and iteratively in a deadline-driven environment Contribute creative ideas and design input - not just execution What We're Looking For Early-career designer or recent graduate (1-3 years of experience preferred) Strong proficiency in Canva (required for day-to-day production work) Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities quickly Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over work Nice to Have Experience in fast-paced agency or in-house creative environments Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro) Familiarity with digital advertising creative formats and best practices Interest in performance-driven creative and iterative design improvements Experience in project management systems similar to Monday.com and/or Asana Why Join Us You'll be part of a fast-moving digital team where your work directly supports live campaigns and real-time strategy.
