Job Description
- Translate business objectives and technical information into effective visual concepts, layouts, and production-ready creative assets.
- Design and update collateral for product launches, sales enablement, corporate communications, digital channels, trade shows, presentations, and technical literature.
- Partner with marketing, product management, engineering, sales, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements, organize complex content, and meet project objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across print and digital materials, including typography, imagery, color, templates, and visual standards.
- Review and approve assets produced by marketing production team members and an graphics submitted to review by various areas within the business.
- Prepare accurate files for print, digital publication, and external vendors; review proofs and resolve production issues as needed.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, feedback cycles, and deadlines while communicating status, tradeoffs, and next steps.
- Support the development and maintenance of shared design assets, templates, and organized file-management practices. - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Seven or more years of professional graphic design experience, including print and digital design in a business-to-business, industrial, technical, or manufacturing setting.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual hierarchy, brand stewardship, layout discipline, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and incorporating feedback constructively. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting product marketing, technical documentation, trade-show programs, or sales communications.
- Working knowledge of design considerations for industrial products, connectivity solutions, electronics, or other technical audiences.
- Experience coordinating with print vendors, photographers, agencies, or other external creative partners.
Technical / Software
Skills- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and related tools.
- Proficiency creating presentation materials and templates using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of digital asset management, file-preparation standards, print production, and accessible digital design practices.
- Ability to work with basic web, email, and social-media creative formats; familiarity with HTML/CSS or video-editing tools is a plus. Competencies
